{{{MY FIGHT WITH THE HMO/COUNCIL & THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMAN HAS COME TO A DEAD END FOR ME AFTER 16 MONTHS. MOREOVER, I AM STRUGGLING TO SELL MY HOUSE BECAUSE OF THE (STILL) FIRE DOOR NOISE FROM MY HMO NEIGHBOUR.}}}

The system is stacked against the ordinary citizens, and it does not matter how much we fight them for justice we cannot win even when it proved they are wrong with their wrongdoings against us. At the top of the chain is the government, and they all make their own rules and regulations and breaks them whenever…to suit their own means…, so we do not get the justice we are fighting for and deserve. They would lie, cover up and twist things to undermine us. Moreover, when we complain they shift the responsibility, will not comment nor do anything to help you. All they would say; we are sorry for what you are going through and we understand your frustrations. Poppycock! They do not give a ‘F’! Therefore, leaving us in misery, heartache, frustrations, anxiety, stress and the rest of it… even suicide! Alternatively, we would have to take then to the High Court, where even there, am told; it would be difficult to win if the rulings by the LGO (a biased organisation) that have already gone in favour of the HMO, the Council. Moreover, this is because they are really one big organisation connected with different names. In addition, to make it more difficult, the government have stopped the legal aid to fight against them. Therefore, the system is there to protect them and not us – the folks that voted them into power!

What I want to know is; why can a bunch of persons/organisations take over our lives and do as they please with them, when they did not make us? They were just persons like us, to begin with, but power, greed and corruption sets in after we vote them in. They do not just become leaders, they control our lives too even before we are born! How is that right? Believers in God says that he creates all of us and not the rulers! In addition, they would say; but the rulers and governments can only rule for a short time! Then I say; it seems this short time is like forever because your God is not stopping them! Moreover, whenever you want them to put things right they are not responsible, so they shift the blame. Therefore, you end up giving up…so they win again! However, what I say to those believers in God, though; there is no such person, being or whoever as God. The rulers and government organisations are the Gods because they can do to us whatever they choose and there is nothing “your God” can do about it nor to stop them; as these people and government organisations are themselves are mightier than your God! Isn’t that so, God?

In all my 70 years, I learnt more and quite a lot over these 16 months (of my struggle, frustrations, disappointments, stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, a strain on my heart and hospitalised) that these different “so-called independent” Government organisations are connected and are run like businesses...and do not care about your rights and wellbeing. Moreover, (some) of the people that work for them are corrupt too, and there is no doubt about that! They would lie, cover up, take away your liberty, human rights and democracy (they are always talking about) but do not uphold them in practice. In addition, their line bosses would support and cover for their maladministration. However, as witnessed, I believe, other workers are genuine that have a good heart, caring and understanding, but cannot do anything to help nor speak out against the corruptions.
